Can I use my existing domain?
Yes. You can use any domain you own. If your domain is already registered with ITSH, setup is especially easy. For external domains, you just need to update the MX and TXT records.
What does "unlimited mailboxes" mean?
You can create as many email addresses and aliases on your domain as you want — info@, support@, max@, team@ — all included. All mailboxes share the 10 GB pooled storage.
Are 1,000 outbound messages per month enough?
For most users and small teams, yes. That is over 30 emails per day. If you need more, additional messages cost €1.50 per 1,000 — flexible and without changing plans.
How does DKIM/SPF/DMARC work?
These email security standards protect your domain from spoofing and ensure your emails do not end up in spam. At ITSH, all three are configured automatically.
Can I use my existing email client?
Yes. ITSH Email supports JMAP, IMAP and SMTP. You can use Thunderbird, Outlook, Apple Mail or any other email client. App passwords are available for additional apps.
Where are the servers located?
All email data is stored in German data centers. GDPR compliant, German company, German locations.
